Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced field staff member for a dual role as both a Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) and Daily Living Skills (DLS) in or near Belfast, Maine. Support will be in the client’s home or surrounding community.Â

Requirements:Â

Must have 2 years of experience in behavioral health with experience in providing direct mental health services and daily living skills support.Â

BHP certifiedÂ
-
MHRT1 certifiedÂ
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationÂ
-
Clean driving record and background checkÂ
-
Ability to provide active motor vehicle insurance & registrationÂ
-
Ability to provide high school diploma or equivalentÂ

Job Details:Â Â

Providing individualized support within the clients' personal home and surrounding community.Â

Safely transporting the client within your own personal, reliable vehicle.Â

Following the client’s treatment plan outlined and created by the client’s family and the case management team.Â

Basic understanding of smart phone applications, access to email communication, and awareness around processing electronic documents such as daily session notes. Training is available.Â
