Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced field staff member for a dual role as both a Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) and Daily Living Skills (DLS) in or near Bangor, Maine. Support will be in the client’s home or surrounding community.Â

Requirements:Â

Must have 2 years of experience in behavioral health with experience in providing direct mental health services and daily living skills support.Â

BHP certifiedÂ
-
MHRT1 certifiedÂ
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationÂ
-
Clean driving record and background checkÂ
-
Ability to provide active motor vehicle insurance & registrationÂ
-
Ability to provide high school diploma or equivalentÂ

Job Details:Â Â

Providing individualized support within the clients' personal home and surrounding community.Â

Safely transporting the client within your own personal, reliable vehicle.Â
-
Following the client’s treatment plan outlined and created by the client’s family and the case management team.Â
-
Basic understanding of smart phone applications, access to email communication, and awareness around processing electronic documents such as daily session notes. Training is available.Â
